2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup MARTINI Brand Rosso Vermouth
1/4 cup lightly packed, minced fresh basil
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/3 cup fresh Italian bread crumbs
8 - 10 sun dried tomatoes, drained and finely minced
2 tsp. garlic salt
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide the meat into six
portions, and shape into round patties.
2. Before grilling: Brush the grill rack with vegetable oil. Cook 5 to 8 minutes (or to your taste) on each side.
3. Serve on large seeded sandwich rolls and top with red onion slices and
basil sprigs, if desired.
